Mark and his wife, Fonda Lewis, live on a working cattle ranch in Texas and enjoy an active family life with four children, three grandchildren, two dogs, and a bunch of horses and Brangus cattle. Fonda founded and leads All Around Insurance Agency in Katy, TX. Mark has founded and leads several businesses: LaserWeld inc is a tier 1 supplier to Caterpillar, Mitsubishi forklifts; DEL is a Logistics company that provides trucking, warehousing, and industrial painting services; Alegria Brazilian Grill is a new concept restaurant; LaserLight is a lighting control and lighting fixture company; IS58 Resources is a commercial real estate and Shalom Oaks is the family land company.

Growing up as one of five kids to a missionary family in Brazil, Mark learned from his parent’s actions how to trust in God’s provision and how the physical realm has to line up with spiritual truth. Over the course of 25 years in business, core spiritual principles have been the foundation for a very dynamic and successful organizational structure. Although these are ancient structures of leadership, their re-discovery and application to the industry today has given these companies a compelling competitive advantage in an expanding and rapidly changing world environment.
